Dr Steve Garbutt

Steve moved from oncology training into general practice in 2007, also working for a decade as a local and then regional GP advisor for a national cancer charity and is now a presenter on the Red Whale Cancer course.   Steve has an exciting double life outside general practice, with a variety of other roles that come under the banner of ‘medicolegal stuff’. He did a long bike ride to Paris once but has otherwise settled back into the gentler pursuits of singing and oboe playing and wondering why his teenagers are so sporty.
