We're upgrading our customer support systems

We're in the process of upgrading our customer support systems, so we can offer a more streamlined and responsive service.

As part of this change, there is a short period of disruption to our support channels.

What this means for you

  • Phone support will be unavailable from 5pm on Thursday 18 June until the end of the day on Friday 19 June.
  • Email support will remain open, but responses may take a little longer than usual during this time.
  • Web chat support may be unavailable for a short period during the day on Friday 19 June.
